Ensemble is now back under our independent ownership, and we are so grateful for your support.

We have moved the Ensemble newsletter to Substack, with a paid option for those who want to support independent lifestyle media.

We'll be experimenting, and will still have some free content available for you to enjoy on the website, and on Instagram.

But if you want to support us, you can subscribe for just $7 a month, or $84 a year.

It's no secret that the past 12 months have been incredibly tough for local media, with closures, restructuring and a collapsing advertising market. It's also no secret that audiences will need to get used to paying for journalism and the platforms that they want to survive.

Becoming a paid subscriber will give you access to exclusive subscriber-only content (like Nice Things, and The Ensemble Edit of recommendations each week), VIP access to events, our eternal gratitude and love, the knowledge you’re supporting women-owned, independent media that cares, and much more.

Subscription funds will go towards commissioning our amazing creative community of writers, photographers, stylists and more (also, us!).

If you’re not in the position to pay to subscribe, we understand! We’ll continue to have our ‘free’ weekly newsletter and content on the website.
