Author, poet, playwright and slam artist Courtney Sina Meredith is the executive director at Rainbow Youth. She has published poetry/short story collections Brown Girls in Bright Red Lipstick (2012), Tail of the Taniwha (2016) and Burst Kisses on the Actual Wind (2021).
